Account Manager - Sales & Business Development

Intera Lestari Polimer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promotional activities across the Surabaya region and its surrounding areas. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Surabaya region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
• Develop and implement strategic sales and promotional plans to increase market share.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the polymer industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
