📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of 5-7 supermarket locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage a team of 10-15 store managers, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain inventory levels.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional director.
• Train and develop the store management team to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the stores.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in supermarket operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple store locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
