📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in food presentation and plating.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment.,Support the kitchen crew in meeting daily production targets.,Assist in training new kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
