📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the clients' expectations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all aspects of the banquet are covered.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they are appealing and meet the dietary requirements of the guests.,Assist in setting up and decorating the banquet venue, ensuring it is ready for the event.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or event planning industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software and tools.,A friendly and professional demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an added advantage.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, as required.
