📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Monitor production output and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep detailed records of machine performance and maintenance activities.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest CNC technology and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine set-up.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid CNC Operator certification or equivalent experience.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
