Legal Entity Controller

Join Macquarie Group as a Legal Entity Controller and take on a pivotal role in our Commodities and Global Markets division. As a key member of our financial control team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial management for our Futures and Options business. In this role, you will work closely with our legal, accounting, and risk management teams to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and managed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and reporting for our Futures and Options business. You will work closely with our trading, risk management, and legal teams to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and managed. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and for providing financial analysis and advice to support our business strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial records and reporting for the Futures and Options business, including the preparation of financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and the Indonesian Accounting Standards (IAS).
• Work closely with the trading, risk management, and legal teams to ensure the accurate recording and reporting of all financial transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and advice to support the business strategy and decision-making process.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial disclosures and filings.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in applicable laws and regulations, and ensure that the financial control processes are adapted accordingly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial reporting standards (IFRS and IAS).
• Experience with financial reporting software, such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, or Workday.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of the trading, risk management, and legal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Professional certification in financial reporting, such as CPA, CMA, or CFA, is a plus.
