📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the mall, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage and coordinate with store managers and tenant relations to maintain high standards of service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and mall performance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and mall policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and human resources to achieve overall mall objectives.
• Represent the mall at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and partnerships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in a mall or large retail environment.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of retail software and systems, such as POS, ERP, and CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
