📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Puskesmas, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service quality and patient satisfaction.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.,Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.,Handle budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational costs and efficiency.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
