📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Director in managing schedules, meetings, and appointments.,Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and correspondence.,Support the Director in travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and other logistics.,Manage the Director's email and communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the Director.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.,Provide general office support and ensure the workplace is well-organized.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in Mandarin.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with local laws and regulations is a plus.
