Fast Point Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchasing Staff to join our team in Cilandak. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
As a Purchasing Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement activities of our company. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services, as well as managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the procurement process from request to delivery,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed,Analyze and report on purchasing activities and trends,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services,Manage and update supplier databases and records🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
