📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage accounts payable, including payment processing and follow-up
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Support operational teams with timely payments and financial information
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles
- Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with hospitality industry is a plus
