📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a clean and organized display of merchandise.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and resolving any issues.,Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock replenishment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers to drive revenue growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and balancing cash drawer.,Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
