• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
• Manage airfreight export bookings and ensure timely delivery

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding shipment status

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with export documentation and procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Valid SIM card (KTP) and ability to work in Bali
