📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking various types of pastries.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve daily production targets.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English as an added advantage.,Valid food handler's certificate.
