📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are used efficiently.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in product development and menu planning.,Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and bake a wide range of pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in managing inventory and ensuring efficient use of ingredients.,Ability to work well in a team and mentor junior staff members.,Experience in product development and menu planning is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.
