📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Process customer orders and transactions accurately.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Restock merchandise as needed.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.,Assist with inventory management and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (in-store and remote).,Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 20 lbs.
