📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
