📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day management of network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure.
• Lead real-time incident resolution and minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff and students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure management.
• Proven expertise in managing servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security best practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
