📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to the highest standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
