📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide emergency medical care to offshore personnel.
- Conduct medical assessments and administer first aid.
- Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with the offshore team and other medical professionals.
- Document all medical incidents and provide reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of medical drills.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paramedic or similar role.
- Valid Paramedic certification (e.g., SIOP, PIOP).
- Experience in offshore or maritime environments.
- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work in challenging and high-stress conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
