📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.,Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards.,Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Work closely with the production team to address any challenges or issues that may arise.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
