In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the best candidates for our vacancies.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Provide recruitment reports and insights to support data-driven decision making.,Build and maintain relationships with external recruiters and headhunters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a keen eye for detail.
