📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads through effective prospecting and relationship building.,Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
