📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate financial forecasting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software is a plus.,Professional certification in finance or accounting is a plus.
