📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create high-quality visual designs for our beauty and cosmetics products, including packaging, advertising, and digital assets,Develop and maintain our brand identity and visual guidelines,Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaign materials,Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends,Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback,Ensure all designs meet brand standards and quality requirements,Stay current with industry trends and design software,Work on special projects and initiatives as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual design for beauty and cosmetics brands,Proven portfolio of work in the beauty and cosmetics industry,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure,Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
