📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet high-quality standards.,Maintain and organize the kitchen inventory, including ordering and restocking ingredients.,Ensure that food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained at all times.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety.,Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and recipes.,Oversee the preparation of daily specials and ensure they are presented to the highest standards.,Work efficiently under pressure to meet peak dining times and special events.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine, with a passion for culinary arts.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
