Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, cookies, and other desserts,Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing pastry recipes,Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation in all pastries,Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients,Train and mentor junior staff in pastry techniques and recipes,Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen,Stay updated with the latest pastry trends and techniques,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the pastry department,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with local and international pastry trends,Hold a relevant culinary certification or diploma,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
