The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the setup and maintenance of the store, including displays and signage.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the store manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash sales.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,High school diploma or equivalent.
