📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional office.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or sales.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Experience in the electronics industry is a plus.
