📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations to management.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and employers.
