📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients through the counter.,Assisting customers with banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Handling cash and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Answering customer inquiries and providing information about banking products and services.,Assisting in the opening and closing of the branch.,Maintaining a clean and organized work area.,Following all banking regulations and security protocols.,Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures.,Ability to perform basic computer tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
