📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients in Sulawesi & Kalimantan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and achieve quarterly targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for business.
