📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze F&B cost data using tools like SAP or Oracle Financials.
• Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize expenses.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business operations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Train and mentor junior accountants on financial procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in F&B cost control or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in CPA or ACCA is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
