As an Airfreight Operations Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing our airfreight operations, from booking and scheduling flights to coordinating with airlines and customs authorities. You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP and 1C to streamline processes, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in airfreight operations, holding an IATA or ICAO certification, and fluent in English.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize airfreight operations for import and export shipments
• Book and schedule flights, negotiating rates with airlines
• Coordinate with customs authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth clearance
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, attending relevant seminars and workshops
• Use SAP and 1C to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in airfreight operations, preferably in a similar role
• Certification in IATA or ICAO, or equivalent
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
• Proficient in using SAP and 1C for logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
