📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages using premium ingredients and industry-standard tools like shakers, strainers, and jiggers.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and maintaining inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and create personalized drink recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously innovate our drink menu.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to create signature cocktails that complement our food offerings.
• Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a professional setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using various bar tools and equipment, including shakers, strainers, and jiggers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
